Don't miss out on the opportunity to join this incredible team.</p>\n<p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li>Assemble the solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, and install all relative equipment.</li>\n\t<li>Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.</li>\n\t<li>Complete projects within established policies and procedures.</li>\n\t<li>Complete projects within time frames and budgets.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on crew safety.</li>\n\t<li>Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate, and respectful manner, answering all questions and complaints to the best of your ability.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li>Ability to troubleshoot Enphase and SolarEdge</li>\n\t<li>Utilize a voltmeter to accurately measure electrical voltage, continuity, and resistance for troubleshooting and maintenance purposes</li>\n\t<li>Ability to think out of the box and on your own</li>\n\t<li>Understanding of how to utilize and read a multimeter</li>\n\t<li>Has basic hand tools, impact/drill, and multimeter</li>\n\t<li>Basic residential electrical knowledge and experience</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work as part of a team</li>\n\t<li>Ability to follow instructions</li>\n\t<li>Excellent customer service</li>\n\t<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li>\n\t<li>Ability to use hand and power tools</li>\n\t<li>Proficient math skills to calculate the number of materials needed</li>\n\t<li>Ability to use ION technology, such as Paycom, FieldPro, Salesforce, and smartphones</li>\n\t<li>Must possess a valid Driver's License and be willing to submit to a Motorized Vehicle Report</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n\t<li>More than 1 year of previous construction experience is required in electrical, roofing, or framing.</li>\n\t<li>Solar experience is preferred</li>\n\t<li>Electrical and roofing experience preferred</li>\n\t<li>OSHA compliance</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Driving Requirements:</strong></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li>Must be at least 21 years old</li>\n\t<li>Must have a clean driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li>Must be able to work at heights.</li>\n\t<li>Physically able to climb, stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time.</li>\n\t<li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time</li>\n\t<li>Must use earplugs around loud equipment and wear gloves, safety glasses, and other protective gear.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Compensation/Benefits:</strong></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li>Competitive wages</li>\n\t<li>Health/Vision/Dental Insurance</li>\n\t<li>401K</li>\n\t<li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li>\n\t<li>Paid birthday off</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><br />\nION Solar is an equal opportunity employer.
