Find your Steamboat Dream job today!!</span></p><p></p><p><b>An attached pdf or word document of your resume is required​.</b></p><p></p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</b></p><ul><li><p>Assist department manager with supervision of front of house staff</p></li><li><p>Be accountable for labor and cost of goods</p></li><li><p>Assist with monthly inventory</p></li><li><p>Assist employees with overall food preparation and customer service</p></li><li><p>Provide on the job training</p></li><li><p>Assist with management of daily operations</p></li><li><p>Perform scheduling duties and guest relations</p></li><li><p>Oversee building safety issues, ie:  Food safety program, snow clearing, hazmat, repairs and maintenance</p></li><li><p>Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements</p></li><li><p>Other duties, as assigned</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li><p>2 years of previous work history/education required</p></li><li><p>Two years restaurant experience in a supervisory role, preferred</p></li><li><p>Must possess good organizational, interpersonal problem-solving leadership and team building skills</p></li><li><p>Adhere to all safety policies</p></li><li><p>Must have a valid driver’s license</p></li><li><p>Problem solve in a highly effective manner and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff, including management, subordinates and co-workers.</p></li><li><p>Be a consistent role model for company’s Service Excellence standards</p></li><li><p>Stand for long periods of time and climb stairs frequently</p></li><li><p><span>Must have Colorado approved Alcohol Server Training certificate or must attend a Colorado approved alcohol server training educational seminar within 30 days of employment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Must have current Food Manager and Allergy training certificate, or must attend Food Manager and Aller-train certification courses for Alterra Mountain company within 14 days of employment</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma or GED Equivalent</p></li></ul><p></p><p>The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on a range of factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation total compensation package for employees.
