Purpose Statement To support the goals and vision of Gemini, Inc. through leading and optimizing daily production activities to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. This role involves coordinating staffing and scheduling, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions to maintain optimal performance. The Team Lead will cultivate leadership within the team, foster a collaborative environment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. By effectively communicating across departments and making informed decisions, the Team Lead contributes to the overall success and profitability of the organization. Experience leading projects intended to engage and empower team members. 3 or more years’ experience in production environment preferred. Technical understanding of processes in the scope of the lead position preferred.
