Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Will be expected to work closely with Law Enforcement to assist with investigations and provide documentation allowed by company policy. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains surveillance watch in designated area and activities.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Records any irregular activity as required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Physical and video surveillance of the activities of customers and employees in all gaming and money handling areas.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Report verbally and in writing any violations of gaming, company policy and procedures and any safety considerations to the appropriate Supervisor or Director.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Reports and offer solution to any area of vulnerability to loss from internal or external sources.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains thorough knowledge gaming regulations, company policy and other department procedures.    </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains compliance with Surveillance Department procedures and company policy.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work on special projects and investigations as assigned by Surveillance Assistant Shift Manager or Director of Surveillance.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain strict confidence regarding company matters.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding customer service standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and fluctuating days off. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Background in video or electronics preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Casino and support service experience preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must pass a basic surveillance aptitude test gauging math skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Good interpersonal skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Thorough knowledge of casino games and casino operations preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Thorough knowledge of casino cheating, scams, card-counting and player evaluations preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess basic computer knowledge (including Microsoft Office).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
