We're looking for a Scheduling Assistant to join the Auger team based at our head office in Wallasey. Our total package is worth £28,267.05

Financials
Starting Salary - £24,784.50 (for over 21 year olds)
Annual Bonus – approx. £2000 - £2500
5.5% Pension Contribution
Working Hours
Full Time – 37.5hrs per week

The Role
Part of a team responsible for scheduling appointments for our 150+ nationwide engineers.
Call to appointments to book
Action inbound emails
Liase with engineers /suppliers to co-ordinate appointments

Excellent verbal and written communication, enabling you to convey information clearly and professionally
A capable multi-tasker, who can handle inbound / outbound phone calls, and complete follow up actions, without compromising on quality
A passion for customer care and an empathetic approach
Strong teamwork attributes and a desire to help colleagues
Ability to adapt your approach to suit different customer circumstances, and think quickly to resolve their problems calmly
Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
