We are seeking a reliable and proactive Security Guard to join our team and help ensure the safety and security of our hospital.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to detect and respond to suspicious activity.</li><li>Conduct regular patrols of the hospital grounds, including parking areas and entrances.</li><li>Respond to alarms, security breaches, and emergency situations promptly and effectively.</li><li>Assist hospital staff, patients, and visitors with safety-related concerns and provide directions as needed.</li><li>Enforce hospital policies and procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment.</li><li>Report and document incidents, including writing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records.</li><li>Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Security Training or Certification.&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong observational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Physical stamina to perform patrols, stand for extended periods, and handle physical tasks.</li><li>Basic knowledge of hospital protocols and emergency procedures is a plus.</li><li>Bilingual (English &amp; Spanish) preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Schedule:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Night Shift 10:30PM - 07:00AM</p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
