Overview Must have an active, independent OH LCSW Overview At Groups, we know recovery is possible – and no one should have to do it alone. As a Counselor, you’ll lead dynamic group therapy sessions and be a vital part of our member-centered care teams. Salary range: $58,487 - $69,780/ year * Based on experience, and education Schedule : Mon - Thurs 10hrs shift Responsibilities What You’ll Do Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. Monitor member progress and document outcomes. Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission. Qualifications What You’ll Bring Licensure required : Must have an active, independent OH LCSW Licensure preferred: New Mexico LCSW Experience : 2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting. Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace. Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care. Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules. You’re someone who: Believes deeply in harm reduction and member-centered care models. Leads with compassion, integrity, and accountability. Thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Believes in continuous progress for yourself, your team, and the members you serve. Sees challenges as opportunities for innovation and growth.
