A career at Koorsen includes competitive pay, a great health package, an annual bonus program, life insurance, continuous learning offerings, 401k, paid holidays, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, career growth opportunities, and much more.</p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">SALARY UP TO $25/HOUR DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p><strong>MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL FOR UP TO 5 DAYS A WEEK&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Job Duties</p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Off-Road Vehicle Suppression Inspection and Service</li><li>Inspection and service of fire suppression systems on heavy equipment/machinery</li><li>Represent Koorsen in a professional positive manner</li><li>Customer service, satisfaction, and communication</li><li>Continued communication and cooperation with Koorsen staff</li><li>Follow safety rules and good driving habits&nbsp;</li><li>Follow Koorsen policies and procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Miscellaneous duties as assigned the by supervisor&nbsp;</li><li>Complete and process required paperwork in a timely fashion&nbsp;</li><li>Work efficiently and utilize resources to complete jobs promptly</li><li>Perform basic vehicle maintenance, and keep the work truck clean and organized</li><li>Manage inventory and tools for each job to assure proper parts and tools are on hand</li><li>Work with equipment dealers when necessary to finish a job</li><li>Manage the installation job site efficiently and safely keeping it clean, organized, &amp; professional</li><li>Complete product certifications</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the manager.</li><li>Follow Koorsen policies, procedures, and core values.</li><li>Ensure timely and professional communication with coworkers, customers, and vendors.</li><li>professionally represent Koorsen.</li></ul><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum High School Diploma or GED &nbsp;</li><li>Mechanical aptitude and background</li><li>Active Driver&#39;s License, in good standing required</li><li>Must meet safe driving policy criteria to be an active company vehicle driver</li><li>Must be able to pass drug and background screenings</li><li>Must be able to maintain a clean drug screen</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Heavy equipment background&nbsp;</li><li>Basic knowledge of electrical systems&nbsp;</li><li>Mining or agricultural or diesel equipment experience is a plus</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Skill and Ability Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have regular and punctual attendance&nbsp;</li><li>Must have and maintain a valid Driver&#39;s License and safe driving record</li><li>Must possess strong organizational skills</li><li>Must be able to access and tolerate small crawl spaces</li><li>Must be able to access all areas of the route vehicle, including loading &amp; unloading materials</li><li>Frequent overnight travel involved&nbsp;</li><li>Must be willing to travel significant distances on occasion</li><li>Must be willing to travel at least 75% of the time &nbsp;</li><li>Must be self-motivated&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for emergency service calls at all hours&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements &amp; Exposures:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to carry, lift, push, and pull a minimum of 75 pounds&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to safely climb a ladder and reach a height of at least 12 ft.&nbsp;</li><li>Constant (5-8hrs/shift) talking and hearing</li><li>Frequent (2-5hrs/shift) standing, walking, sitting, repetitive motions, and eye/hand/foot coordination&nbsp;</li><li>Occasional (up to 2hrs/shift) lifting, carrying, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and grasping&nbsp;</li><li>Exposure to hot/cold/moisture and noise and hazards occasionally (up to 2 hours/shift)</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;<u style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Hiring Process (in addition to an interview):</u></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>New hires must complete the I-9 Verification form within 3 days of hire.
