If you’re looking to grow your career in a supportive healthcare environment, apply today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>How YOU will benefit:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong>   </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supporting onboarding and maintaining employee records</li>\n <li>Managing purchasing and communication systems</li>\n <li>Providing general office and administrative support</li>\n <li>Coordinating with teams on medical records, data entry, and claims</li>\n <li>Assisting with personnel processes to ensure efficiency across the branch</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><em>As a Home Health Branch Operating Manager, You will:</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and support administrative and non-clinical operations of the agency</li>\n <li>Ensure accurate and timely payroll and compliance under Branch Director supervision</li>\n <li>Assist with billing processes to support timely claim submission and minimize denials</li>\n <li>Participate in internal audits, surveys, and report preparation</li>\n <li>Maintain contracts, vendor records, and assist with medical records requests</li>\n <li>Support the Director with audits, licensure reviews, and compliance activities (QAPI, Complaints, EPP, etc.)</li>\n <li>Ensure all employee documentation and regulatory compliance requirements are met</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and other stakeholders</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively</p></li>\n <li><p>Understanding of relevant state and federal regulations governing home health care</p></li>\n <li><p>Understanding expense management</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need.
