In this role, you’ll focus on designing and driving our observability systems, shaping dashboards and developing tooling that accelerates developer productivity. You will be a key contributor to standardising delivery practices, improving automation across the SDLC, and ensuring our systems are monitored, observable, and resilient.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\">This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll collaborate closely with engineering teams, guide best practices, and take ownership of mission-critical delivery and observability systems that support our growing customer base.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you will be working on:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-weight: bold\">Own observability architecture:</span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\"> Design and implement unified logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenTelemetry.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-weight: bold\">Drive SLO-based operations:</span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\"> Establish service level objectives, dashboards, and alerting frameworks that enable proactive incident response.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-weight: bold\">Build observability tooling:</span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\"> Create internal tools that help engineering teams instrument services, diagnose issues, and self-serve their monitoring needs.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-weight: bold\">Lead incident response:</span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34)\"> Troubleshoot production issues hands-on and drive long-term remediation through root cause analysis and improved signal coverage.
