    "description": "<h2>Salary Range</h2>USD $25.00/Hr. - \n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>The Job in a Nutshell:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Fulfillment Coordinator position is responsible for assisting the bulk production department in a variety of ways including:  pulling and staging raw materials, packaging supplies and other consumables, verifying counts in and out of production, confirming production work orders, stocking finished goods, assisting with inventories. This position communicates frequently with scheduling and production leadership.  This position must maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to co-workers and fellow team members. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applications are accepted by the date below, which may be updated if the hiring timeline is extended. 06/10/2026</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Main Ingredients:</strong></p>\n<li>Receives production schedule and work orders and pulls product from inventory</li>\n<li>Stages material for production lines according to schedules</li>\n<li>Pulls and stages packaging supplies and consumables to maintain flow of production</li>\n<li>Ensures accurate case quantities and labels; confirms final counts in SAP</li>\n<li>Determines locations to store finished goods into inventory; puts finished product away</li>\n<li>Coordinates activities with production support personnel and production scheduler</li>\n<li>Performs cycle counts as needed</li>\n<li>Generates Replenishment orders and then replenishes pick locations from back stock </li>\n<li>Assists Inventory Manager in investigating discrepancies</li>\n<li>Supports bulk and grocery receiving as needed</li>\n<li>Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled</li>\n<li>Ensures that all work areas are kept clean and free of debris </li>\n<li>Performs all operations in a manner that promotes safety</li>\n<li>Assists in other warehouse tasks such as order picking, inventory, housekeeping, organization</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Although this is a general outline of job responsibilities all employees are expected to be “hands on” and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Recipe for Success:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent is required</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and concisely is required</li>\n <li>Previous forklift experience required and ability to be certified by NGVC</li>\n <li>Must be able to perform all applicable tasks in SAP inventory system within 2 weeks</li>\n <li>Has good attention to detail; accuracy and thoroughness is a must.  </li>\n <li>Must be flexible and able to accommodate production schedule changes efficiently and accurately</li>\n <li>Must be flexible with working hours to accommodate warehouse needs</li>\n <li>Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Must be reliable and on time every day</li>\n <li>Able to work in seasonally warm or cool environment</li>\n <li>Able to assist in other departments as needed </li>\n <li>Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Data Entry</li>\n <li>Must have current Colorado Driver’s License</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This job description is not an employment contract.
