Together, we provide a strong support system that promotes wellness and recovery for those we serve.</p><p class=\"\"><strong>How you’ll contribute</strong></p><p class=\"\">A Registered Nurse (RN) in BHU who excels in this role:</p><ul><li><p class=\"\">Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.</p></li><li><p class=\"\">Proficient in assessing patient conditions and making timely determinations of patient needs.</p></li><li><p class=\"\">Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.</p></li><li><p class=\"\">Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.</p></li><li><p class=\"\">Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.</p></li><li><p class=\"\">Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.</p></li></ul><p class=\"\"><strong>Why join us</strong></p><p class=\"\">We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
