font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Building Systems &amp; Repairs</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee maintenance and repair work related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and building access systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure completion and quality control of all repair and maintenance projects.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(79, 129, 189); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent facilities management experience considered.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Significant experience in facilities management, building operations, maintenance supervision, or school operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience managing vendors, contractors, and facilities staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong knowledge of building systems, safety compliance, and operational maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(79, 129, 189);
