    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Overview</strong><br>The Team Lead will be the key to success for the Dumaplast USA team in the process of making the wall panels through the production process, The Team lead will ensure the Production team has the team support they need while we are making production sign off on all finished product to ensure everything is A Grade material. The team leader will organize the team as needed across all lines. Daily reports will be done.</p><p><strong>Duties</strong></p><p>· Prepare and execute training for all team members on shift. MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGE 6+ employees.</p><p>· Reports daily shift reports for the department &amp; performs daily shift production meetings with team members.</p><p>· Help where necessary during production to ensure all team members are working safely and goals are being met.</p><p>· Ensure all team members are working together and being trained. Ensure team members are cross-trained weekly.</p><p>· Always have a positive attitude. Help others when needed. Keep a clean and healthy work environment.</p><p>· Help troubleshoot in all areas on the lines.</p><p>· Preform hour checks throughout the lines to verify product is A grade.</p><p>· Must verify every shift &amp; order change that the correct product is being produced.</p><p>· Fill in for supervisor when needed.</p><p>· Must Perform all jobs in the department.</p><p>· Startup And shut down the lines properly and train Team members accordingly.</p><p>· Look for off quality issues and train associates on how to correctly fix the issues.</p><p>· Must Make sure all team members Follow PPE &amp; Safety Guidelines.</p><p>· Must be certified to drive a lift truck.</p><p>· Use handheld hoist control properly and train associates on correct procedure.</p><p>· Provide Technical assistance on product features, competitive analysis, specifications.</p><p>· Check that you are running the correct product and be able to notify management if recipe needs to be changed, and train associates on correct procedure.</p><p>· May be asked to work different shifts to help train.</p><p>· Will work in different departments to learn.</p><p>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
