This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong lending expertise, relationship management skills, and a commitment to excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Build Relationships:</strong> Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by developing new relationships and deepening existing ones.</li>\n <li><strong>Drive Results:</strong> Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals by expanding loans, deposits, and cross-selling bank products like Treasury Management Services.</li>\n <li><strong>Deliver Solutions:</strong> Structure, negotiate, and close complex loan transactions while ensuring a deposit component is included in every new relationship.</li>\n <li><strong>Provide Exceptional Service:</strong> Respond promptly to client requests, delivering efficient and personalized service to meet their financial needs.</li>\n <li><strong>Collaborate:</strong> Partner with internal teams (Risk Officers, Treasury Management, Client Services) to deliver a seamless, full-service client experience.</li>\n <li><strong>Manage Risk:</strong> Review and underwrite loan requests, monitor portfolio quality, and proactively address potential issues to minimize risk and ensure compliance.</li>\n <li><strong>Engage in the Community:</strong> Represent the bank at social functions, business development events, and through association memberships to grow the Private Client Group clientele.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 8–10 years of lending experience, with a proven track record of developing new loans and deposit business. Formal credit training preferred.</li>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> Strong relationship management, sales, and marketing skills. Ability to structure and negotiate complex loan transactions.</li>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required.
