This position serves as the central intake and workflow management point for agent marketing requests, ensuring all projects are properly scoped, assigned, tracked, and delivered in a timely, efficient, and high-quality manner.&#xa0;As the Creative Team Manager - Agent Marketing, your role complements the Northrop Realty brand marketing team.</p><p>Strong project management skills are essential, including the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain structured workflows, and ensure consistent turnaround times in a fast-paced, agent-driven environment. In this role, you will act as the primary marketing partner to agents, managing a high volume of requests while ensuring clear communication, accountability, and seamless execution from intake through completion.</p><p>Additionally, this role supervises a team of 3-5 in-house creative designers. You will provide leadership, direction, workload management, and quality control to ensure all agent marketing deliverables meet brand standards and business objectives. The Creative Team Manager - Agent Marketing is responsible for balancing team capacity, optimizing workflow efficiency, and ensuring equitable distribution of work while maintaining high service levels.
