Description

** This position will have an assignment test before interview . Job Description Support Marketing Director and in charge as a Business Unit Head (a key person) who led in driving brand growth and managing brand's product portfolio, exploring new opportunities, and developing brand strategy/direction to meet business objectives Manage, lead, supervise, and give guidance to a brand management unit team with at least 3-5 subordinates Control Marketing ROI as agreed KPIs and manage/allocate marketing budget effectively to achieve business objectives. Develop & implement effective marketing strategies & execution plans to achieve brand objectives with a good understanding in consumer insight Manage and lead in New Product Development (NPD) process together with product development team and create product portfolio strategy to meet business objectives Build awareness for new product/campaign launch and track campaign & product performances and be prompted to adjust plans in any situations Manage and analyze the results of marketing campaigns and create comprehensive reports. Carry out market research to keep updated with customer trends, market situations, and competitors. Increase ‘Brand Love’ and maintain consistency in branding in all areas of marketing. Be able to work and collaborate closely with internal departments i.e. digital marketing, product development, sales, trade marketing, design, procurement, e-commerce etc. to drive product launch plan successfully and manage existing products Manage and lead the discussion with external parties (i.e. Agencies, business partners, production houses, organizers, etc.) Qualification Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields At least 5 years’ experience in the position from Cosmetics or FMCG company ประสบการณ์การบริหารทีมงาน 1-2 ปี ทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม หรือ Software/Applications (ถ้ามี): MS Office, Mac, Typing, Excel, Numbers, Report, Advance Presentation Beauty-Fashion-Art Aesthetics-Lifestyle enthusiast Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
