    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Duties and responsibilities</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the team’s primary contact to client on daily operational, issue discussion and any other requests.</li>\n<li>Preparation of Net Asset Value calculations as per service level agreement, including but not limited to fee amortization and accruals, financing accruals, management and performance fees computation</li>\n<li>Preparation of wire payments</li>\n<li>Ensure consistent deliverables to ensure high SLA compliance within set accuracy standards</li>\n<li>Assisting your manager and/or seniors on new client onboarding</li>\n<li>Prepare investor capital activities, annual financial audits and other statutory reporting</li>\n<li>Address and/or escalate all material issues affecting the NAV production process or client relationship to your manager in a detailed and timely manner</li>\n<li>Resolve issues/queries raised by clients in a timely manner and maintain a high level of client satisfaction</li>\n<li>Building and maintaining relationships and working closely with Krypton internal functions, clients and other professional parties.</li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to applicable best practices policies and client specific agreements</li>\n<li>Address and/or escalate all material issues affecting the NAV production process or client relationship to your manager in a detailed and timely manner</li>\n<li>Resolve issues/queries raised by clients in a timely manner and maintain a high level of client satisfaction</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Qualifications Required:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor’s degree in Account or Finance or equivalent professional qualification.</li>\n<li>At least 1 years of experience in Financial Services, particularly fund accounting experience in the fund administration industry. Fresh graduates are also highly encouraged to apply.</li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li>\n<li>Proactive, detail oriented, and able to identify and resolve issues independently.</li>\n<li>Able to communicate professionally both written and verbally.</li>\n<li>Organized, able to multi-task, and work under pressure to meet deadlines in a team environment.</li>\n<li>Experience in PFS-Paxus will be an advantage.</li>\n</ul>",
