They provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.  The Lead Physical Therapist performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>1.               Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.</p>\n<p>2.               Current state Physical Therapy license.</p>\n<p>3.               Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.</p>\n<p>4.               2 years of clinical experience required.</p>\n<p>5.               1 year of previous supervisory/management experience preferred.</p>\n<h2>Pay Transparency</h2>\n<p>Olympia Fields Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs.
