Represent agency and its services</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><strong>QA/QI</strong></p><ul><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Participate in Quality Improvement activities</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><strong>Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in patient recruitment and retention activities.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Assist with referrals to external agencies/services.</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">High school diploma/GED with 2 years of working experience required. Some college education with 1 year ofworking experience preferred.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Excellent customer service skills are required</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Experience in outpatient clinic reception is preferred.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Written and verbal communication skills in English required.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Proficiency in common office software (Word, Excel), and ability to enter data accurately required.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Ability to work both independently and in a team.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Ability to sit in front of computer long hours required.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Demonstrated commitment to professional development.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Experience working with people living with HIV/AIDS preferred.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Ability to speak Spanish language is preferred.</li><li style=\"line-height: 1;\">Knowledge of eClinicalWorks EMR is preferred.</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
