    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Camp Interlaken is seeking dependable, hardworking Grounds Maintenance Assistant to assist with the daily maintenance, upkeep, and operation of camp during the summer/fall season (May - October). This role is essential to keeping camp running smoothly. You will help ensure that buildings, grounds, and equipment are safe, clean, and functional for campers and staff. This is a hands-on, active role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and being part of a team.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><p>As a key member of our maintenance team, you will share responsiblity for the physical integrity of our 106-acre property, including cabins, communal buildings, and sprawling outdoor spaces.</p><ul><li><strong>Grounds &amp; Landscape Stewardship:&nbsp;</strong>Maintain paths, roads, and lakefront safety.
