We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>*Multiple Openings*  </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plans and performs preventative maintenance and repairs on process equipment, such as bioreactors, centrifuges, ultrafiltration skids, parts washers, autoclaves, isolators, and fillers</li>\n <li>Assists with developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to minimize equipment down time</li>\n <li>Revises and develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for process maintenance related activities</li>\n <li>Trains and mentors’ technicians</li>\n <li>Maintains accurate maintenance records and documentation</li>\n <li>Evaluates and recommends new equipment purchases and upgrades</li>\n <li>Assists and provides recommendations to management to develop and maintain maintenance budgets and schedules</li>\n <li>Assists management with budget forecast for maintenance and capital projects</li>\n <li>Follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols to ensure compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) quality standards</li>\n <li>Adheres to all safety requirements and follow safe work practices, immediately</li>\n <li>Notifies management or Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) when unsafe conditions or hazards are found</li>\n <li>Attends all required and safety and health training</li>\n <li>Supports site operations and emergency work orders during off-hours, as needed</li>\n <li>Performs spare parts assessments, as required</li>\n <li>Performs other duties, as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge & Skills</strong></p>\n<p>• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems• Knowledge of cGMP requirements• Effective communication, both written and oral• Ability to work in a team environment• Knowledge of Project Management principles• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities• Strong time management skills and detail-oriented• Ability to train or mentor others</p>\n<p>•Must be able to support 24/7 manufacturing facility, including shift, on-call and weekends</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma/GED</li>\n <li>4- 6 years of maintenance experience </li>\n <li>Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>\n<p>    </p>• Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering or a related field• Prior maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment• Experience in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma• Experience mentoring or leading maintenance teams in a pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing environment\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Will work in environment which may necessitate respiratory protection No X YesMay work in Mechanical/Production spaces that may require hearing protection and enrollment in a hearing conservation program.
