Description

Marketing Manager Job Description Location: Miami, Florida Department: Marketing Position Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy across all South Carolina and Florida locations. This role will drive brand consistency, lead generation, and market growth while overseeing a major company rebrand and the consolidation of multiple websites into a single, unified digital presence. This position serves as a strategic partner to leadership, sales, and operations teams, ensuring marketing initiatives align with business objectives and support continued growth across all markets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Brand Management for SC and FL Locations Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across all locations Lead company-wide rebranding initiative, including brand identity, messaging, and visual standards Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all departments, locations, and channels Act as the company’s brand ambassador, both internally and externally Collaborate with leadership, directors, and department managers to align marketing strategies with operational goals Digital Marketing & Website Management Oversee all digital marketing efforts including website(s), social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online advertising Lead the merging of multiple websites into a single, cohesive platform Manage online presence including Google Business profiles, reputation management, and third-party platforms Analyze digital performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI Content Development & Campaign Execution Create and oversee production of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, digital content, and promotional assets Ensure consistent messaging that communicates the company’s value proposition Manage employee communications such as newsletters and internal announcements Identify and implement new marketing channels and opportunities Sales & Business Development Support Partner with sales teams to develop lead generation strategies through campaigns, trade shows, and events Support CRM utilization and lead tracking processes Assign and manage incoming leads from various platforms Maintain and manage email distribution lists for marketing campaigns Market Research & Analytics Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on marketing performance Events, Promotions & Partnerships Plan and manage trade shows, customer events, and company-sponsored activities Oversee promotional items, branded merchandise, and employee apparel Manage co-op marketing programs and vendor/OEM partnerships Operational & Administrative Oversight Develop and manage marketing budgets Oversee signage, facility branding, vehicle branding, and point-of-sale materials Manage phone system messaging (scripts and recordings) Supervise and develop marketing team members Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of progressive marketing experience Strong experience with digital marketing and website management Proven ability to lead branding initiatives and large-scale projects Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Key Projects / Success Metrics Successful execution of company rebrand across all locations Completion of website consolidation project Increased lead generation and marketing ROI Improved brand consistency across all locations Enhanced customer engagement and digital presence Why Work with Rechtien International Trucks? Rechtien International is an authorized medium and heavy duty truck dealer offering a full line of services for International brand trucks, Ottawa yard spotter tractors and new tow trucks from Miller Industries. We are an authorized IC Bus parts, service and warranty service center. We are also an Idealease affiliate providing full service truck leasing and daily, weekly and long term truck rental as well as contract maintenance and much more.
