Including performing custodial, grounds keeping, building maintenance, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and cleaning in a safe, orderly, and secure manner to ensure the continued appearance, safety, and longevity of the Moapa Band of Paiutes facilities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Duties:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Performs general building maintenance and custodial duties.</li>\n<li>Sweeps and cleans floors and working areas, picks up papers and rubbish from grounds.</li>\n<li>Make and recommend minor building related repairs.</li>\n<li>Performs minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, and cleaning.</li>\n<li>Replaces light fixtures, bulbs, HV/AC filters, damaged doors, locks, and repairs leaky faucets.</li>\n<li>Vacuum and dust office areas daily.</li>\n<li>Dispose of waste from offices and containers both inside and outside.</li>\n<li>Cleans and sanitizes restroom areas, disinfects toilets, urinals, and sinks.</li>\n<li>Spot clean walls, waxes, buffs and clean floors.</li>\n<li>Move equipment and furniture when performing duties.</li>\n<li>Perform periodic inspections of buildings and make recommendations on needed repairs.</li>\n<li>Support the outside landscape maintenance as assigned or requested.</li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be over 18 years of age.</li>\n<li>Must have a High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n<li>Must be dependable.</li>\n<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>\n<li>Ability to operate power, hand power, and maintenance equipment.</li>\n<li>Must be able to work independently.</li>\n<li>Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions of supervisor.</li>\n<li>Must pass a pre-employment background check.</li>\n<li>Must pass a pre-employment alcohol/drug screening.</li>\n<li>Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n</ul>",
