The resort's planned amenities include a spa & wellness center, multiple restaurants, social and conference meeting space and a rich array of resort activities all anchored by the prestigious Cutalong Golf Club.</p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>Our food and beverage team at Cutalong at Tributer Resort is seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests in a timely and friendly manner, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and ensuring compliance with all beverage and alcohol regulations. A successful candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to every shift.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences</li>\n <li>Greet guests, take drink orders, and provide friendly and attentive service</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and glassware</li>\n <li>Check identification to verify legal age requirements for alcohol consumption</li>\n <li>Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed</li>\n <li>Process transactions using POS system; handle cash and credit card payments accurately</li>\n <li>Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and specials</li>\n <li>Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws and procedures</li>\n <li>Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest service</li>\n <li>Uphold a positive and energetic atmosphere at the bar</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age or older</li>\n <li>Proven experience as a craft bartender preferred (1+ years ideal)</li>\n <li>BarSmarts certification highly desirable</li>\n <li>State alcohol card required</li>\n <li>Knowledge of popular cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems</li>\n <li>Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol</li>\n <li>Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>\n <li>Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: $15 per hour (hourly) + tips</strong></p>",
