Uses hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing equipment.</span></p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to use all equipment and machinery, and understand and read all schematics and drawings, related to the trade requirements</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot, rebuild, repair and improve all active and new machinery and equipment without supervision</li>\n <li>Operating machine tools to fabricate parts required for maintenance and setup of machines</li>\n <li>Ensure operating safety devices function properly on completion of repairs, modification and installations</li>\n <li>Committed to continuous improvement on machinery, equipment and processes, via preventative and predictive maintenance on production and production supporting equipment</li>\n <li>Keeping detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation</li>\n <li>Has an exemplary attitude towards housekeeping, safety and company policies</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance of Can Assembly Presses within a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of training and experience</li>\n <li>Maintenance and repair of waxers, scroll shears and Cone Top presses.</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret documents such as procedure manuals, blue prints, schematics, charts, diagrams, etc.</li>\n <li>Ability to use precision measuring devices including amp meters, electric meters, and hydraulic gauges</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of systems, equipment and schematics</li>\n <li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Good troubleshooting skills</li>\n <li>Basic mathematical skills used to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and use decimals and fractions</li>\n <li>Ability to perform work in a mature and professional manner, demonstrate personal responsibility, and perform all assigned duties</li>\n</ul>",
