    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt; font-weight: bold\">Fixed Plant Maintenance Millwright</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Musselwhite Mine</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Orla Mining is striving to be the emerging gold producer of choice with a geographically diversified asset base, a prospective development and exploration portfolio, an experienced management team with a successful track record, and a high-quality board and shareholder base.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Orla operates the Camino Rojo Oxide Gold Mine, a gold and silver open-pit heap leach mine, located in Zacatecas State, Central Mexico. This low-cost operation is 100% owned by Orla, covers over 139,000 hectares, and includes a large sulfide mineral endowment located beneath the oxide resources. We are also advancing permitting and development on our South Railroad Project, a feasibility-stage, open-pit heap leach project located on the prolific Carlin trend in Nevada. This project is part our larger South Carlin Complex which includes a prospective land package. We recently acquired the Musselwhite Mine located in Northern Ontario on Lake Opapimiskan, a gold mine with more than 25 years of operating history. The addition of Musselwhite has allowed  Orla to more than double our gold production and provide a strategic entry into a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction. We are custodians of the assets we run and the environments in which we operate, and we are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, care, and respect.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Purpose</span></p>\n<p>Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, the Fixed Plant Maintenance Millwright will contribute to The Maintenance department’s goals of continuing to foster a safe and efficient work environment, minimize downtime and ensure optimum equipment effectiveness through proactive maintenance practices. We are seeking a motivated Millwright to join our Maintenance Team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance</li>\n<li>Ability to work both on surface and underground on stationary equipment.</li>\n<li>Tasks include laser alignment, component rebuild &amp; replacement, welding, fabrication, bearing</li>\n<li>assembly and setting of clearances, contamination control and asset</li>\n<li>Ensure work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner and provide input directed at improving the safety, efficiency and</li>\n<li>overall effectiveness of the Maintenance and Reliability</li>\n<li>Provide input to Maintenance and Reliability improvement</li>\n<li>Participate in all aspects of maintenance shutdowns.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>The candidate must be a Certified Journeyperson-Millwright, with a current CWB welding ticket, or ability to gain CWB</li>\n<li>certification within one year of hire date.</li>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an ore processing environment associated with crushing, grinding, gravity</li>\n<li>concentration, dewatering, leach/CIP, stripping, conveying, refining an hoisting.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift, carry and push 50 lbs. with assistance.</li>\n<li>Ability to constantly reach below, above, and at-shoulder height.</li>\n<li>Ability to work at-heights and in confined spaces.</li>\n<li>Strong commitment to working in a safe, socially responsible manner.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, desktop computing literacy.</li>\n<li>The candidate must be a self-directed team player, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>The schedule for this position will consist of 14 days on and 14 days off, 12 hours per day</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>The salary for this position is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CAD $143,703.00</span> per year, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.</li>\n<li>The Company offers a Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), including an automatic 5% employer contribution, with the option for employees to receive up to an additional 4% employer match on employee contributions.</li>\n</ul>",
