border-top-style:solid; border-top-width:1.5pt; padding:0in\">\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n<p>Key Responsibilities Reporting &amp; Analytics</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, maintain, and automate standard supply chain reports and dashboards</li>\n <li>Analyze data related to demand, inventory, production, capacity, supplier performance, and service levels</li>\n <li>Identify trends, risks, and performance gaps; communicate insights to stakeholders</li>\n <li>Support KPI tracking (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, schedule adherence, forecast accuracy)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Supply Chain Decision Support</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide analytical support to production planning, materials management, and logistics</li>\n <li>Support S&amp;OP / S&amp;OE processes with data preparation and analysis</li>\n <li>Assist in scenario modeling (demand changes, capacity constraints, inventory impacts)</li>\n <li>Support root cause analysis for service, inventory, or execution issues</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Data &amp; Systems</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Extract and validate data from <strong>ERP/MRP systems</strong> and related planning tools</li>\n <li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports</li>\n <li>Maintain documentation for reports, metrics, and data definitions</li>\n <li>Partner with IT or data teams on system enhancements or reporting improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Continuous Improvement</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and visibility</li>\n <li>Help standardize metrics and reporting across functions</li>\n <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives with fact-based analysis</li>\n</ul>\n<div style=\"border-bottom-style:none; border-left-style:none; border-right-style:none; border-top-style:solid; border-top-width:1.5pt; padding:0in\">\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n</div>\n<p>Required Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field</li>\n <li>2–4 years of experience in a supply chain or operations analytics role</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)</li>\n <li>Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Epicor, etc.)</li>\n <li>Ability to clearly communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<div style=\"border-bottom-style:none;
