This position involves a variety of outdoor duties, including customer interaction, golf cart management, and general maintenance of course facilities.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Deliver Elevated Member Service</strong></p><ul><li>Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading golf bags and ensuring equipment is handled with care.</li><li>Provide information regarding course conditions, tee times, and club services.</li><li>Address guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.</li></ul><p><strong>Golf Operations &amp; Course Readiness</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor pace of play and offer on-course assistance to maintain an exceptional member experience.</li><li>Assist with daily course setup, including tee markers, water stations, and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;overall readiness for play.</li><li>Support tournament and special event operations in partnership with Golf &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Professionals.</li><li>Assist with minor club repair requests and communicate needs to leadership.</li></ul><p><strong>Cart &amp; Practice Facility Management</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure golf carts are cleaned, stocked, charged, staged, and maintained in &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;excellent working condition.</li><li>Respond to cart issues and communicate repair needs appropriately.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart storage area, podium, cart &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;return, and surrounding spaces.</li><li>Oversee practice facility presentation, including range ball management, towel service, and upkeep of putting greens.</li></ul><p><strong>Inventory &amp; Operational Support</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with inventory management of rental clubs, golf bags, range balls, towels, and other amenities.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of stored member equipment, including personal bags and shoes.</li><li>Wash and fold towels, detail golf carts, and clean rental clubs to uphold &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;presentation standards.</li><li>Coordinate clubhouse and cart amenity supplies under the direction of the Supervisor.</li></ul><p><strong>Safety &amp; Team Contribution</strong></p><ul><li>Follow all safety procedures related to equipment and cart operations to maintain a secure environment.</li><li>Support valet operations, assisting with vehicle parking and retrieval as needed.</li><li>Contribute as a collaborative team member, stepping into additional responsibilities to support overall club operations.</li></ul>",
