This role combines user research, interaction design, visual design, and usability best practices to create solutions that are both functional and accessible. The Designer UI/UX works closely with project leadership, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, translate requirements into effective designs, and ensure successful implementation of user-centered solutions. This position plays a key role in improving usability, increasing user adoption, and enhancing overall product effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research activities including stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, usability testing, and feedback collection. Translate business, technical, and user requirements into intuitive user experiences and interface designs. Create design artifacts including user journeys, process flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user interface specifications. Design user experiences for desktop applications, web applications, and data-driven systems. Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design requirements. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and reviews as part of an Agile development process. Conduct usability evaluations and recommend design improvements based on user feedback and observed behavior. Establish and maintain design standards, patterns, and reusable interface components. Support accessibility and usability best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Present design concepts and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
