Through customized skid-mounted or standalone SAF systems, Heron Innovators delivers sustainable and cost-effective solutions that outperform traditional wastewater treatment methods.</p><p>The Field Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring successful commissioning of Komline-Heron units, training end users, maintaining accurate service records, and responding promptly to service calls.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform commissioning tasks such as mechanical and electrical checks, equipment verification, and proper installation ready for operation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Record appropriate initial operations data while performing equipment optimization and tests</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervise and coordinate start-up efforts from product lines and outside vendors to ensure system compliance within the scope of the customer&rsquo;s performance criteria</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate contractors and other onsite personnel to oversee activities and inspect work-in-progress&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Implement operational requirements to ensure success during equipment trials and review specifications with the customer to ensure equipment compliance&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Produce accurate progress reports and site reviews for the Project Manager and Customer Representative, developing and maintaining punch lists to track outstanding items and deficiencies for project completion</li></ul></div><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Associate&rsquo;s degree, trade school, or military training</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5+ years of field service experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Possess knowledge of process equipment control panels, motor, pumps, gear reducers, AC/DC drives, and instrumentation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3+ years&#39; experience with programmable controllers and operator interface terminals</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3+ years&rsquo; experience working with mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, and operation and maintenance manuals</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Suite&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with others and working in a team environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Travel up to 70% to customer sites location in the United States and internationally</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement:</strong> Komline is an EEO Employer- M/F/Vets/Disabled</p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
