    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<ul>\n <li>8+ years relevant design experience</li>\n <li>Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and&nbsp;high-fidelity&nbsp;mockups&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Communicate with product and engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Know how to use prototyping tools such as Sketch,&nbsp;Invision, or equivalent&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience as an UX Designer or similar role.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in relevant field&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000<br>\n Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000<br>\n Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
