We’re looking for individuals who embody enthusiasm, warmth, and experience, and can smoothly adapt to different class assignments throughout the day. Proficiency in both oral and written communication is essential for fostering productive interactions with students, parents, and colleagues. Furthermore, it's vital to maintain a comprehensive understanding of and adhere strictly to all district policies and requirements.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 15px\">THE ROLE:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Implements the instructional plans prepared by the teacher.  When in long-term placement, create instructional plans in accordance with the district curriculum.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Maintains a classroom climate that is conducive to learning.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Maintains reasonable rules of conduct that encourage self-discipline and responsibility.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Adheres to the policies and procedures as established by the Board of Education and Administration in written or verbal form.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Takes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Maintains records as required by law, District policy, and administrative regulations.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d; font-size: 15px\">Serves as a positive role model for students, demonstrating professionalism that includes a positive attitude, positive and respectful communication, and professional appearance.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #485d9d;
