Patients should achieve good outcomes and be happy with their experience of physical therapy.</li>\n <li>Helping to develop protocols for the most common diagnoses we see</li>\n <li>Participating the research studies supported by the clinic</li>\n <li>Experienced or interested in work conditioning</li>\n <li>Responsible for continuing to develop their own skills by attending company continuing education events and using the continuing education allowance to attend approved courses</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Graduate from a CAATE accredited Athletic Training program</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Athletic Training Certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Licensed as an Athletic Trainer </strong></li>\n <li><strong>Strong communication skills to manage the triage of athletes for further care and in developing relationships with the athletes, parents, coaches and school personnel</strong></li>\n <li>Must be committed to Team’s initiative of making DEI a priority - bringing a sense of belonging and empowerment within a diverse workforce</li>\n</ul>",
