Drawing from over 25 years of this robust industry expertise, an entrepreneurial, service-minded approach, and a laser-focused vision on building and maintaining relationships, Broder Sachse Real Estate has established its reputation as a world-class development and management company.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrate and model the Broder Sachse’s core values</li>\n <li>Part time temporary position</li>\n <li>Able to work day, evening, and weekend shifts </li>\n <li>Midtown Detroit</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Pool & Hot Tub Operations:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monitor and enforce pool and hot tub rules to ensure resident safety and compliance.</li>\n <li>Check residents and guests in, verifying access permissions.</li>\n <li>Administer and document pool and hot tub chemical levels to maintain proper water quality.</li>\n <li>Clean and maintain the pool deck and surrounding areas, including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Sweeping and mopping</li>\n  <li>Wiping down and sanitizing poolside furniture.</li>\n  <li>Removing trash and debris from the pool area.</li>\n  <li>Organizing poolside furniture and equipment.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Report any maintenance or safety concerns related to the pool and hot tub to management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Amenity Maintenance:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure the fitness center, 2nd-floor lounge, rooftop, and other amenity spaces remain clean, organized, and resident-ready.</li>\n <li>Perform routine cleaning tasks, including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in amenity spaces.</li>\n  <li>Wiping down and sanitizing gym equipment.</li>\n  <li>Emptying trash cans and replacing liners.</li>\n  <li>Dusting and disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as tables, counters, and doorknobs.</li>\n  <li>Adjusting and organizing furniture to maintain a tidy appearance.</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Monitor resident use of amenities, enforce guidelines, and address any concerns.</li>\n <li>Report maintenance issues and resident feedback to management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Parking Garage Oversight:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and proper usage.</li>\n <li>Perform basic cleaning tasks, including: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Sweeping and removing loose trash and debris.</li>\n   <li>Reporting any spills, leaks, or safety hazards.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Identify and issue warnings for non-resident or unauthorized vehicles</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Standing and Walking:</strong> Extended periods of walking and standing, particularly while patrolling pool and amenity spaces.</p>\n<p><strong>Lifting and Carrying:</strong> Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (e.g., moving pool furniture, carrying cleaning supplies, handling trash bags).</p>\n<p><strong>Bending, Kneeling, and Reaching:</strong> Regularly required to bend, kneel, and reach while performing cleaning tasks, adjusting furniture, or maintaining pool equipment.</p>\n<p><strong>Sweeping, Mopping, and Scrubbing:</strong> Frequent use of cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, and scrubbers to maintain the cleanliness of common areas.</p>\n<p><strong>     Chemical Handling:</strong> Responsible for handling and administering pool and hot tub chemicals safely, following                         proper procedures</p>\n<h2>Disclosure</h2>\n<p>Our company is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace that is strives for inclusion.
