    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Fortinet is recruiting a skilled Kubernetes Administrator to join our FortiStack team based out of Burnaby, BC. This team is responsible for the management, operation and continued development of our Openstack-based private cloud platform. This position would represent a great fit for Openstack specialists or Kubernetes experts.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>As a Kubernetes Administrator, you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Play a leading role in the implementation and administration of our Kubernetes-based solutions</li>\n <li>Successfully managing our Kubernetes infrastructure</li>\n <li>Be identifying, troubleshooting and diagnosing application-related issues as they arise</li>\n <li>Provide ongoing development support to the FortiStack team and private cloud-related projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>We Are Looking for:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Experience with Rancher, RKE2</li>\n <li>Knowledge of using Talos Linux</li>\n <li>Experience with K8 components and larger cluster administration experience</li>\n <li>Experience with Kubernetes deployment, troubleshooting and administration</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of both general and Kubernetes networking/firewall concepts and their role with regards to Kubernetes infrastructure and application delivery</li>\n <li>Experience with virtualization such as Openstack, Kubevirt, VMware</li>\n <li>Experience with troubleshooting Linux operating systems</li>\n <li>Knowledge of CI/CD tool just as Jenkins or Gitlab CI/CD would be desirable</li>\n <li>Experience with ArgoCD</li>\n <li>Basic network knowledge and experience with Cilium CNI (eBPF)</li>\n <li>Good communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certification in CKA or KCNA</li>\n <li>Certification in RHCE</li>\n <li>Certification in Openstack</li>\n <li>Certification in VMware VCAP, NSX</li>\n <li>Certification in CCIE</li>\n <li>Certification in PMP, ITIL</li>\n <li>Knowledge in Kubernetes application management (Helm, Operators, etc.)</li>\n <li>Knowledge in software defined storage and network</li>\n <li>Experience in ISO27001</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $120,000- $ 140,000 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level.
