The Senior Financial Analyst Role is a hybrid role with 3 days in our office in Bloomington, MN. </p>\n<p><strong><em>What you’ll be doing...</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates the annual budget process and related reporting of variances of actual results to budget.</li>\n <li>Reviews and/or analyzes financial statements and reports</li>\n <li>Prepares periodic financial forecasts</li>\n <li>Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, future requirements, and operating forecasts</li>\n <li>Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.</li>\n <li>Research questions from key internal stakeholders regarding financial data.</li>\n <li>Provides financial support to the business; acts as a liaison between Finance and the business.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>What you’ll bring to us…</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in finance/accounting or related field required. Master’s degree and/or CPA/CFM certification preferred.</li>\n <li>8+ years of progressive professional experience, ideally in SaaS/Corporate environment.</li>\n <li>At least 4+ yrs of finance exposure / knowledge</li>\n <li>Strong Financial Modelling experience</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to make formal presentations to all levels of management</li>\n <li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n <li>Expertise with analytical methods and research</li>\n <li>Ability to determine when/what analysis is needed on financial/performance data and direct it to its conclusion</li>\n <li>Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles</li>\n <li>Possesses strong business acumen and thoroughly understands financial principles as a basis to support business and investment decisions</li>\n <li>Ability to travel as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>We Support Who You Are….</em></strong></p>\n<p>As a global company, we strive to create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives spark innovation and meet the challenges of an evolving world.
