This position is open to our Dallas office location. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.     </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The position allows opportunities to design and implement change management strategies across a variety of corporate office clients.</li>\n <li>As clients undergo significant change to their work environment, the Change Management Specialist will act as a guide through the overall process.</li>\n <li>Candidate should be able to lead interactive presentations with a cross section of employees, from entry level to executives.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>This role is an in-office position</li>\n <li>A bachelor’s degree in communications, organizational leadership, business administration, human resources or interior design</li>\n <li>2+ years of change management experience</li>\n <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open, collaborative, and creative environment</li>\n <li>Proven success at building relationships</li>\n <li>Comfortable working on multiple projects at once</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills and a love of working with people</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, time management, oral, graphic and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Flexible attitude</li>\n <li>Confident presentation ability</li>\n <li>Team-oriented, highly-motivated individual with a passion for people and design</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is designated as <strong>full-time on-site</strong> and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location <strong>Monday through Friday during standard business hours.</strong> Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role. This position supports all Corgan offices.
