Now we’re looking for someone who can take it further - grow MRR, improve retention, and reduce churn in a meaningful, measurable way. We’re hiring a Head of Product who wants real ownership - not just roadmap management, but actual impact on the business. About Synder Synder is an accounting platform helping accounting professionals and business owners record, reconcile and recognize online sales and subscriptions. For additional background: Alumni of Y Combinator, a leading startup accelerator; Alumni of the AICPA accelerator program for accounting innovations; Platinum partner of Intuit QuickBooks; Spotlighted as “Popular with Businesses in the United States” on the Shopify App Store; $10B+ worth of transactions were processed by the platform in 2025. What you'll do: Own and drive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals Take full responsibility for MRR growth, retention, and churn reduction Lead and mentor Product team and partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to deliver impact Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive decisions Define and track core SaaS metrics (MRR, retention, churn, activation) Improve onboarding, activation, and long-term product engagement Ensure clear communication with leadership and stakeholders Drive continuous improvement of product quality, scalability, and user experience What we expect: 5+ years in Product Management in B2B SaaS companies Proven experience leading product teams and mentoring PMs Strong ownership of business metrics (MRR, retention, churn) Experience managing and scaling mature, revenue-generating products Deep understanding of product lifecycle: discovery → delivery → iteration Strong analytical and structured thinking Excellent communication skills (English C1+) Comfortable working directly with founders/executives Based in the European Union (mandatory) Nice to have: Experience in accounting, fintech, or payments Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or NetSuite Background in e-commerce or integrations-heavy products What we offer: Competitive compensation $120/month allowance for insurance, sports, or wellness 30 business days of compensated break (full-time) Fully remote setup High-ownership culture with direct impact on company growth Hiring Process: HR Interview Test Task Final Interview with CEO Reference Check & Offer Ready to join?
