Whether you’re an installation technician, service technician, engineer, or project manager, you’ll discover rewarding opportunities to grow your career as part of a valued team. </p>\n<p>Apply today and be phenomenal—build a meaningful career while protecting what matters most through innovative security technology.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>Adesta, an Allied Universal® Company, is hiring a Project Manager to plan, organize, direct, and control project planning and performance activities for the effective management of outside plant (OSP) fiber optic and telecommunications systems installations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain effective communication with subcontractors, vendors, and internal and external customers to support project success and customer satisfaction  </li>\n <li>Allocate and manage project resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget  </li>\n <li>Manage project budgets, maintain full project P&L responsibility, and support invoicing and collections efforts  </li>\n <li>Implement project scope changes, contract pricing updates, and installation plan revisions, including change orders </li>\n <li>Prepare and manage project installation plans, schedules, goals, and job procedures  </li>\n <li>Coordinate engineering, installation, subcontracting activities, and scheduling with other trades </li>\n <li>Supervise installation labor and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion  </li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records related to project status, material flow, and project changes  </li>\n <li>Troubleshoot project issues and collaborate with operational and financial teams to mitigate impacts and maintain profitability  </li>\n <li>Assist with the design and engineering of aerial and underground fiber optic systems and develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) for project execution </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE)</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li>\n <li>Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events) </li>\n <li>Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in outside plant (OSP) and inside plant (ISP) fiber optic construction, including fiber splicing and testing   </li>\n <li>Proven ability to successfully manage multimillion-dollar projects while maintaining schedule and budget requirements  </li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, contract administration, and telecommunications construction practices  </li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint  </li>\n <li>Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE): </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field </li>\n <li>Relevant industry certifications, such as PMP, Certified Fiber Optic Installer/Technician, or manufacturer training (Corning, OTDR, etc.) </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pay: $80,000 - $110,000 annually + company vehicle + gas card + bonus potential</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance</li>\n <li>Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days</li>\n <li>Vacation time is offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
