In this role you will gain important experiences, including working on productivity and transformational initiatives, building and executing a financial plan, partnering with plant operations to support business results and the plant mission, building a strong controls environment, and analyzing metrics to provide business insights.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>From your EXPERTISE to ours</strong></u></p><p><em>Key responsibilities for this position include:</em></p><ul><li>Developing, executing, and monitoring the annual operating plan for our Milk Plant including periodic financial forecasts, cream sale settlement/invoicing and monthly financial close.</li><li>Providing receipt, utilization and production information for the Federal Milk Market and USDA.</li><li>Developing and updating as needed white mass base Bill of Materials.</li><li>Monitoring financial performance and developing plans to close any gaps to plant targets, including communication with applicable platforms.</li><li>Supporting site delivery of annual productivity targets.</li><li>Ensuring effective financial controls for inventory and reporting.</li><li>Maintaining audit-ready status of internal controls through periodic review and self-audit.</li><li>Providing support and leadership on cross functional plant and corporate initiatives.</li><li>Providing fill-in coverage to the Finance Manager as needed.</li></ul>",
