We specialize in a full range of new and retrofit construction for industrial, food processing, commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bio-fuel projects.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>Shambaugh is looking for a Service Sales Representative who will be responsible for working with the Service Team to sell Life Safety Service, Preventative Maintenance, and Quote Service Repairs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#shambaugh #LI-DF #-Onsite</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Generate Sales for Fire Life Safety Service.</li>\n <li>Service includes deficiencies from Inspections, Preventative Maintenance, and Service Repairs. The position does not include Inspection Sales. </li>\n <li>Follow-up on existing Inspection Agreement Customers to verify Preventative Maintenance is being conducted as required.</li>\n <li>Quote deficiencies that are generated from Life Safety Inspections no later than 48 hours after the Inspection has been completed.</li>\n <li>Look at work requested, assemble a material list while onsite, and create a proposal for customer</li>\n <li>Prepare written quotes with scopes detailing services being provided.</li>\n <li>Follow-up with customers in a timely manner to ensure sale is captured.</li>\n <li>Assist customers of the phone with Emergency Situations along with Customer Service for Technical Questions.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Assist Service Manager, Coordinator, and other Sales Personnel as needed.</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task and handle many projects.</li>\n <li>Flexibility with schedule changes or a daily basis.</li>\n <li>Professional Attire required for position.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledgeable of NFPA Fire Protection codes.</li>\n <li>Proven record of sales capabilities.</li>\n <li>Experience in Fire Sprinkler Design a plus.</li>\n <li>Life Safety Knowledge preferred with a focus in Sprinkler & Fire Alarm.</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.</li>\n <li>Must be disciplined and self-motivated to work with limited supervision.</li>\n <li>Excellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude while being a team player.</li>\n <li>Believe that customer service is the first priority.</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable in computers and common computer software.</li>\n <li>Able to multi-task, manage processes, decision make, and improve processes.</li>\n <li>Flexible with schedule changes or a daily basis.</li>\n <li>Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
