The initiative includes work streams to stand up a SQL Server Data Mart environment for data exploration and functional analytics; empower business users to have minimal IT dependency with more self-service analytics, and establish a dashboard manufacturing model by following the Agile project methodology.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Resource will act as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.Prepares specifications for system changes. May develop systems test plan components and test scripts.</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.</span></p><p><span>Minimum Qualifications</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>5+ years of business analyst experience</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Must have a keen understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and technology</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Must have experience with Business Intelligence solutions:</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Understanding of both the Waterfall and Agile project methodologies</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Must be able to analyze and validate data in SAP Business Warehouse</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Experience creating queries in SAP Business Warehouse</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Strong BI strategic and analytical skills</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Strong requirements gathering skills</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Must be able to work against tight project deadlines</span></p><p><span>Preferred Skills</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Experience with Microsoft SQL Server</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Knowledge of Ab Initio or other metadata and application integration software</span></p><p><span><span>·<span>         </span></span></span><span>Knowledge of SAP Business Objects security access levels</span></p>",
