      "content": "\n<li>Collaborate on work procurement and engage in business development activities to identify new project opportunities.</li>\n<li>Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring safety, budget adherence, high-quality standards, and timely delivery.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Oversee project financial activities (SOV preparation, invoicing, collections, etc.) Take ownership of project results and work closely with all stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timeline.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Communicate clear expectations to team members and stakeholders, serving as a mediator between them.</li>\n<li>Proactively resolve issues and address problems throughout project life cycle.</li>\n<li>Effectively manage project scope by documenting and obtaining approvals for any changes via change order forms.</li>\n<li>Work closely with field leadership.</li>\n<li>Lead, coach, and motivate project team members proactively to foster a high-performance work environment.</li>\n<li>Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices.&nbsp; Lead project safety efforts, promote a safe worksite at all times.</li>\n<li>Maintain a physical presence onsite and regularly visit jobsites to oversee progress and provide assistance to the project management team as needed.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.</li>\n"

      "text": "What You Will Need to be Successful",
      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field (architecture, engineering, etc.), and seven to ten years electrical/solar project management experience or relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or field experience.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting practices.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in electrical estimating, including preparing and presenting job change orders, evaluating estimates, and contributing to new estimates.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with project management tools and software packages. Experience with project management tools and software packages, with a preference for familiarity with Accubid Estimating systems.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of and experience with integrated job cost systems, budgeting, report evaluations, and final costing.</li>\n<li>Proficiency building critical path schedules for projects and understanding construction sequencing across all disciplines.</li>\n<li>Experience with design-build delivery models is highly preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to actively engage in the construction process and accurately evaluate final “cost at completion” on a regular basis.</li>\n<li>Effective identification and quantification of project impacts, along with sound negotiation skills with customers for change orders.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership in managing people and teams.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changing environments and priorities.</li>\n<li>Skill in eliciting cooperation from senior management and cross-functional departments.</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work environment.</li>\n<li>Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.</li>\n\n</div>"
