We are currently looking for a Robotics Engineer to join our team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be a key member of the Luxembourg Team and will help develop robotic systems for ClearSpace's future commercial space missions. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Developing core robotic technologies to address a wide variety of in-orbit services, including (but not limited to) cooperative and non-cooperative capture, docking, inspection, refueling, repair, life-extension, and assembly.</span></li>\n<li><span>Supporting the development of world-class robotics simulation and testing capabilities and facilities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Defining ClearSpace's robotics products, with emphases on modularity and scalability.</span></li>\n<li><span>Delivering robotic solutions to key programs, to schedule, cost and performance requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Helping define and execute validation, verification and test plans.</span></li>\n<li><span>Interfacing with customers, partners, and subcontractors.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support proposal writing for future business. </span></li>\n<li><span>Robotics application programming.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc/MSc) Degree in Aerospace, Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Robotics or Embedded Electronics similar.<br>3+ years experience of robotics, mechatronics or embedded electrical engineering.</li>\n<li>Understanding of robotics foundation theory.</li>\n<li>Understanding of motor control, and experience of embedded software and programming</li>\n<li>Programming in Matlab/Simulink, Python, C/C++ (at least one).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Prior experience in the space industry</span></li>\n<li><span>Comfortable interacting with customers, both institutional (ESA, EC, LSA) and commercial.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Familiarity with the full space program lifecycle, from business development, proposal generation and contract negotiations, all the way through design, development, assembly, test and successful delivery.<br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>Information about our data processing is set out in our <a href=\"https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YjlHRlWE9z2jetugzFUfxk-5nKDzZYps/view?usp=drive_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">candidate data privacy notice.</a></span></p>",
