    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Performs work in more than one of the maintenance trades: &nbsp;Plumbing, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, welding, facility repair, painting, and carpentry. Will be responsible for Facility up keep, general maintenance, and routine repairs as well as Periodic Maintenance on facility equipment. Facility technicians may also be called upon to assist various other trades if requested Maintenance Management.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Know and follow general company and corporate policies and procedures.</li><li>Know, understand, and follow department policies and procedures.</li><li>Must have a demonstrated understanding of High Voltage applications (480/277v).</li><li>Must be willing to perform multiple skilled trade assignments</li><li>Other various duties as needed or as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
