We operate globally and specialise in delivering scalable, data-driven reporting solutions in highly regulated environments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">THE OPPORTUNITY:</span><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for a Senior Product Consultant who combines strong business analysis capability, client consulting skills, and hands-on technical experience with data and integrations. This role sits at the intersection of client consulting, requirements analysis, solution design, data transformation, and technical implementation</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will work closely with global clients and internal teams to translate business needs into high-quality, data-driven reporting solutions, while actively contributing to the technical delivery.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is not a purely functional BA role — you are expected to be hands-on with data, systems, and implementation, while confidently engaging with clients and managing scope.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Consulting &amp; Engagement </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead client interactions across the delivery lifecycle, building strong, trusted relationships</li>\n<li>Run workshops and working sessions to understand business needs and data requirements</li>\n<li>Manage scope, expectations, and priorities — confidently guiding clients toward practical solutions</li>\n<li>Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements Analysis &amp; Solution Design </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable specifications</li>\n<li>Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs</li>\n<li>Challenge and refine requirements to ensure feasibility, clarity, and alignment to platform capabilities</li>\n<li>Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Analysis &amp; Technical Delivery </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse and transform client datasets (CSV, XLSX, JSON, XML) to align with platform requirements</li>\n<li>Write and execute SQL queries to validate, manipulate, and troubleshoot data</li>\n<li>Support data migration, conversion, and integration from legacy systems</li>\n<li>Work with RESTful APIs to integrate and exchange data between systems</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Platform Configuration &amp; Implementation </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure data structures, templates, and reporting outputs within the Kurtosys platform</li>\n<li>Support the setup and delivery of client-facing reporting solutions and dashboards</li>\n<li>Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities across environments</li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of configurations and outputs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Delivery &amp; Collaboration </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take ownership of tasks within project delivery, managing timelines and priorities<br></li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and client teams</li>\n<li>Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Continuous Improvement &amp; Growth </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and delivery efficiency</li>\n<li>Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge sharing</li>\n<li>Continuously build domain expertise in financial services reporting and SaaS solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 - 8 years experience delivering software or SaaS implementations end-to-end</li>\n<li>Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation</li>\n<li>SQL skills, relational data, structured data (CSV, JSON, XML, etc.)</li>\n<li>APIs (REST) and system integrations</li>\n<li>Programming/scripting experience (e.g. Python) </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in financial services, asset management, or reporting platforms</li>\n<li>Exposure to reporting or visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, SSRS)</li>\n<li>Experience working with global clients or distributed teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">FINAL THOUGHTS </span><br></p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full journey from client problem through to technical delivery. <br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">APPLY HERE...</span></p>",
