A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.</p><p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: </p><ul><li>Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds</li><li>Making ready apartments (punching and painting)</li><li>Completing service request<strong> </strong>tickets</li><li>On-call maintenance emergencies</li><li>Special assigned property projects</li><li>Snow removal</li><li>Providing exceptional customer services to residents </li></ul><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><ul><li>High school diploma/equivalent</li><li><strong>Valid driver's license required </strong></li><li>Reliable vehicle</li><li>Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred</li></ul><p>We offer a competitive compensation package including:</p><ul><li>Starting at $21 per hour</li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">40% Apartment discount (eligible properties only - more details to be provided)</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">9 early release Fridays throughout the year!</span></li><li>Annual Holiday Bonus</li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Paid Time Off!
