This role combines: Cold email outreach Lead generation Inbox management Prospect research Outreach support The client is open to a hybrid VA who can handle both outbound and inbox management responsibilities. FULL JOB DESCRIPTION Outbound Lead Generation & Inbox Management Virtual Assistant Overview We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing outbound acquisition agency specializing in B2B cold email systems and GTM outbound strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience with cold outreach, prospect research, lead generation, inbox management, and outbound operations. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B outreach workflows and can work efficiently within existing systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Cold Email Outreach & Lead Generation Support outbound cold email campaigns Assist with lead generation and prospect research Build and maintain prospect databases Research target companies and decision-makers Identify qualified B2B leads aligned with ideal customer profiles (ICP) Support outreach campaign execution Help optimize targeting and messaging strategies Assist with outbound workflow management Inbox Management Monitor and manage outreach inboxes Organize incoming responses and conversations Flag qualified leads and important replies Maintain inbox organization and responsiveness Help manage communication flow efficiently Prospect Research & Data Management Build and update contact lists Verify prospect information and lead quality Organize lead data accurately Maintain CRM and outreach systems Outreach Operations Support Support outbound campaign setup and execution Follow established outbound systems and workflows Assist with messaging organization and campaign tracking Collaborate closely with the client on outreach priorities Preferred Skills & Experience Required Skills Experience with cold email outreach Lead generation and prospect research experience B2B outbound experience Strong organizational skills Excellent written English communication Attention to detail Ability to follow systems and processes accurately Preferred Tools & Platforms The client would prefer candidates with experience using: Claude AI PlusVibe LinkedIn Cold email outreach tools Attio CRM Lead databases Outreach/inbox management tools Slack Personality & Work Style Preferences The ideal candidate should: Be reliable and organized Be proactive and efficient Communicate clearly and professionally Work independently with minimal supervision Be adaptable to evolving outbound systems Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Have strong attention to detail Be process-oriented while remaining flexible Schedule & Availability Approximately 15 hours per week initially Aligned with the client’s timezone/workflow Potential for ongoing support depending on performance and business needs Communication Tools Slack (preferred) Additional Client Notes Important: Client is primarily focused on outbound cold email support No cold calling involved Existing systems are already established The VA will support and optimize current processes The client may initially consider a trial setup before committing long-term Candidate portfolios and relevant experience will be helpful during shortlisting Contract & Engagement Notes Discussed Initial requirement: approximately 15 hours/week
