    "description_html": "<p><strong>Who We Are:</strong><br>Watkins Distributing is a family-owned and operated beverage distribution company that has proudly served Idaho and Montana for four generations.</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br>The <strong>Beverage Merchandiser: Part Time</strong> is responsible for visiting retail accounts to ensure company products are properly stocked, merchandised, and rotated throughout their assigned route.</p><p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong> Thursday - Sunday</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Stock and merchandise a variety of beverage products safely and efficiently.</li><li>Replenish shelves, coolers, displays, and backroom inventory with company products.</li><li>Rotate inventory to maintain product freshness and comply with expiration date requirements.</li><li>Build, maintain, and remove promotional displays, endcaps, and other merchandising features.</li><li>Install and maintain point-of-sale materials, signage, and promotional decals.</li><li>Safely operate manual handling equipment, including hand trucks, to transport and stock products.</li><li>Travel between assigned retail locations using a company vehicle or personal vehicle as directed.</li><li>Follow merchandising plans and instructions provided by sales representatives and merchandising supervisors.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills & Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset.</li><li>Enjoys a physically active role that involves frequent movement throughout the day.</li><li>Thrives in a flexible, fast-paced work environment rather than a traditional office setting.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands & Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no major violations.</li><li>Reliable transportation for use throughout the workday and proof of current auto insurance. Mileage reimbursement is provided.</li><li>Must be able to regularly lift and move beverage cases weighing 20–30 lbs. Duties include bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.</li><li>Work independently across multiple retail locations, including early mornings, weekends, and peak holiday periods as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Discounted beverage products</li></ul>",
